Description

Testing the waters is a biennial survey of Non Household Consumers (NHHs) in England and Wales, where they are asked their views on, and experiences of their water and sewerage service providers. The findings of each survey are tracked and reported at three levels: 1) England and Wales; 2) The nations of England and of Wales; 3) Water and Sewerage Company (WaSC) region. Additional analysis by NHH size (micro, small, medium and large) is also included. See II.1.4) above. Full details are provided in the ITT available via online portal.
