Pobl Group wishes to appoint multiple contractors across the 11 lots of the Framework which will provide responsive repairs and out of hours service to support the internal DLO Lot 1: Painting & Decorating Pobl Group wishes to appoint multiple contractors across the 10 lots of the Framework which will provide responsive repairs and out of hours service to support the internal DLO Lot 2: Roofing & Specialist Roofing Pobl Group wishes to appoint multiple contractors across the 10 lots of the Framework which will provide responsive repairs and out of hours service to support the internal DLO Lot 3: Reactive Repairs Pobl Group wishes to appoint multiple contractors across the 10 lots of the Framework which will provide responsive repairs and out of hours service to support the internal DLO Lot 4: Void Repairs Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake whole Void Repairs and Refurbishments across the group in the West Lot 5: Kitchen and Bathrooms Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake the installation of Kitchens and bathrooms across the group in the West Lot 6: Cleaning and Clearance Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake specialist cleaning and clearance of properties across the group in the West Lot 9: Drainage Works Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake Drainage Repairs across the group in the West Lot 10: Major Works Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake Major Works in properties across the group in the West Lot 7: Temporary Security Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake Temporary Security and maintenance of Void Properties across the group in the West Lot 8: Electrical Repairs Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake Electrical Repairs of Void Properties across the group in the West.
