Summary of work The Buyer is seeking a potential provider who is capable of providing a managed resource service (as defined within this requirement), to support a fully functional Security Operations Centre (SOC). The people who will use the product or service User type: As the Buyer Definition: I need to secure SOC resources to resource the NCA in-house SOC. Any pre-market engagement done A RFI was previously sent out (Aug 23) under the same reference and title - PS0016. This is the next stage (Stage 1) of the process. Please see attached documentation which provides further information. The Enhanced vetting PESC and VOIF forms have been attached for early sight of what will need to be completed. Latest start date 23 October 2023 Expected contract length Proposed start date: 1 years 0 months 0 days Proposed duration: 0 years 6 months 0 days Special terms and conditions special term or condition: There are Buyer special terms, which can be found in the attached documentation. special term or condition: The Parties shall not, and the Supplier shall procure that any Sub-contractor shall not, during the Term and for twelve (12) months following the termination of this Agreement either directly or indirectly solicit or entice away (or seek to attempt to solicit or entice away) from the employment or engagement of the other Party any person employed or engaged by such other Party in the provision of the Services or (in the case of the Authority) in the receipt and/or administration of the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, this restriction shall not apply to any information and consultation obligations on either Party in respect of any Staff Transfer. The Supplier shall not, and the Supplier shall procure that any Subcontractor shall not, during the Term and for twelve (12) months following the termination of this Agreement either directly or indirectly solicit or entice away (or seek to attempt to solicit or entice away) from the employment or engagement of the Buyer in the receipt and/or administration of the services provided under this Agreement. The provisions of this Clause shall not apply to restrict either Party from employing or engaging (or offering to employ or engage) any personnel of the other Party who has responded to general recruitment advertising. Budget Indicative maximum: £5913000 Indicative minimum: The contract value is not specified by the buyer Further information: The indicative maximum is relevant to Scenario 2 for 12 months.
