Description
Stoke on Trent City Council wish to appoint eligible provides to the framework for the provision of Specialist Passenger Assistants (SPA) for service users who have transport provided by the council. Please note this is for the SPA only and not the transport, the transport will be procured using our current DPS.\r \r Passenger Assistants are usually provided by the transport operator, but children who may have complex needs could be eligible for additional support from a Specialist Passenger Assistant who are trained to a specific level to meet Health and/or complex needs.
