CUMH will procure AHR process equipment and provide free issue to the successful contractor. This will includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Specialist AHR Biosafety Cabinets with microscopes and anti-vibration mounts 2. Time lapse incubators 3. Project constraints; 1) The AHR facility is a. Being designed and installed in a live operational medical clinic. b. Located on the 1st Floor of the Lee Road Clinic so materials and component logistics present additional challenges. 2) Liquid Nitrogen a. Liquid Nitrogen control systems are an important life safety consideration within the building. b. The Liquid Nitrogen bulk storage tank location and access must be coordinated with the Landlord. 3) Space for Contractor Welfare and Office facilities is limited on-site.
