Description
Orbit Group Ltd wishes to invite contractors to respond to this restricted process and Standard Questionnaire for the provision of heating services and maintenance across our housing portfolio, this includes domestic and commercial properties. Orbit are conducting a restricted procurement procedure, which will involve a 2-stage process of which this is stage 1. The service provision is as follows; Domestic – delivery of 3* domestic Inspection, Service and Planned Preventative Maintenance of Domestic Heating and Hot Water Systems, including reactive repairs. Planned and reactive installations. Commercial – delivery of Inspections, Service & Planned Preventative Maintenance of Commercial Heating and Hot Water Systems and Associated Commercial and Domestic Assets/ Appliances and Reactive Asset/ Appliance Upgrades. BMS service, maintenance, and software management. Service and repair of ad hoc catering equipment. Lot 1.1: Domestic Heating - The Midlands 3* domestic Inspection, Service and Planned Preventative Maintenance of Domestic Heating and Hot Water Systems, including 24/7 and 365 days per year reactive repairs. Planned and reactive installations. Lot 1.2: Domestic Heating - East and South East England 3* domestic Inspection, Service and Planned Preventative Maintenance of Domestic Heating and Hot Water Systems, including 24/7 and 365 days per year reactive repairs. Planned and reactive installations. Lot 2.1: Commercial Heating - The Midlands Inspections, Service & Planned Preventative Maintenance of Commercial Heating and Hot Water Systems and Associated Commercial and Domestic Assets/ Appliances and Reactive Asset/ Appliance Upgrades BMS service, maintenance, and software management. Service and Repair for ad hoc Catering Equipment*.
