NEPO408 Lifts, Escalators and related Equipment, Maintenance, Repairs and Refurbishment

Description

The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a multi-lot, multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the repair, refurbishment and maintenance of lifts, escalators and related equipment across a variety of public-sector settings. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Maintenance, Repair and Refurbishment of Lifts and Related Equipment. The Framework Agreement for the supply of a service to provide repair, refurbishment and maintenance of lifts and related equipment to participating Contracting Authority establishments throughout the UK (as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015) including but not limited to government departments and their agencies, non-departmental public bodies, central government, NHS bodies, local authorities, emergency services, coastguard emergency services, educational establishments, registered social landlords and registered charities who have a need to purchase the above services. The Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of twelve (12) suppliers on each lot on a none ranked basis. The contracting authority will be able issue a call-off by way of direct award without opening up competition or through the operation of a mini-competition. The call-off contract will be on the terms specified in the call-off terms and conditions, supplemented as appropriate by such details as price and quantity which will be specified in the call-off order.
