The services required are: • The management of inert waste received at the Inert Waste Reception from the contract Commencement Date (“Future Waste”) AND • The removal of the existing stockpile of inert waste (“Stockpiled Waste”) from the La Collette Land Reclamation Site EITHER BY • reuse as general fill or for landscape restoration locally • reuse as general fill or for landscape restoration internationally • recycling into recycled aggregate for use locally • recycling into recycled aggregate for use internationally OR • Any combination of two or more of the above The Government of Jersey is seeking an overall solution to inert waste management either from a single supplier or through coordinated agreements with a number of suppliers that can provide one or more of the sub-services that when combined deliver the services required.
