Description
AWARDED - AHDB is looking to create a framework agreement of 3 Lots with varying numbers of suppliers with print suppliers who can produce a high standard product that is colour accurate, without deviation, to match the signed off press-calibrated colour proofs supplied. This will ensure that high-quality, colour-consistent literature is produced throughout the range of AHDB corporate publications and other printed matter. Additionally, we are looking for suppliers who can build relationships with the Print department personnel at AHDB, which, in turn, will provide cost-effective solutions. The print framework must capture the print requirements of AHDB and its divisions in relation to digital and lithographic print production, point of sale material and labels. The framework will cover a wide range of items from business cards, variable data letters, flyers, to high-quality technical publications, promotional literature, large format event display items and chilled meat pack labels. Please note we are not looking for print management companies as we have an internal Print team. AHDB have a team of in-house print buyers who manage the printing requirements for all our divisions. The service required has been divided into three lots. The value for each lot can change with project demand but, as a guide, annual figures for 2021 -2022 are provided below: Lot 1 General Printing Services circa £271,000 per annum NON VAT, £325,200 VAT INCLUSIVE per annum (maximum of six suppliers selected). Total of £1,300,000 INCLUSIVE of VAT for potential 4 years. Lot 2 Point-of-sale circa £30,000 per annum NON INCLUSIVE OF VAT, £36,000 per annum VAT INCLUSIVE (maximum of four suppliers selected) Total of £144,000 VAT INCLUSIVE over a 4 year period. Lot 3 Labels circa £45,000 per annum NON INCLUSIVE OF VAT, £54,000 INCLUSIVE OF VAT per annum (maximum of four suppliers selected) Total of £216,000 VAT INCLUSIVE over a 4 year period. The Contract will run from 28th February 2023 to 28th February 2025 with option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years.
