This tender is for the supply of the following categories of materials. Lot 1 — General Building Materials; Lot 2 — Plumbing Materials; Lot 3 — Ironmongery items; Lot 4 —Timber items. Tenderers are able to bid for as many or as few lots as they wish. This is a 3 year contract with the option to extend the contract by 1 year subject to performance over the initial contract period. We require a supplier / a number of suppliers who are able to provide the materials detailed within the tender documentation. The materials have been divided into 4 lots — suppliers can bid for as many or as few lots as they wish.
