Building Energy Management System (BEMS) Service and Maintenance

Description
Buildings Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Trend System specialist to undertake the service and maintenance of the University's BEMS and associated systems and networks. There will also be a requirement for some new installation works up to pre-established values. The service and maintenance contract shall ensure the performance standard for the entire building control system is met, including delivered environmental conditions, plant operating efficiency and occupier comfort.
