Devon County Council (“The Authority”) alongside partner organisations NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Plymouth City Council and Torbay Council are procuring an online Emotional Health and Mental Wellbeing service (EHMWB). The Provider will deliver an accessible, self-directed, online digital-based EMHWB support to adults aged 18 years and over (Service Users) in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay. This will be integrated into the local system to maximise access to this support and other services aligned to the needs of the Service User. It will be a 24/7 offer that particularly enables ‘outside office hours’ access to trained professionals/practitioners. This will include immediate access to support with a ‘no waiting list’ approach. This contract will be delivered by a single organisation or consortia which will deliver the service throughout the administrative boundary of Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council and Torbay Council. The contract duration will be 24 months from the 27th June 2022 until 26th June 2024 for the primary period, with the option to extend for a further two period of 12 months.
