Description

This service will deliver safe, strengths based, personalised care services delivered at home when discharged from hospital with care and support needs; or conversely for people with care and support needs already in the community but, due to illness or injury, they are at risk of hospital admission.We are therefore holding a Provider Engagement Event at Priory House, Monks Walk, Shefford. SG17 5TQ on Thursday 11th January 13.30 to 16.30 with the following agenda:- Welcome from Lead Commissioner- Presentation from Lead Commissioner- Sharing of the draft Specification- Discussion and sharing of views at the table- Short break- Presentation from Paul Meigh regarding Social Value- Further opportunity for providers to share views, provide feedback and ask questions.- ClosePlease contact Susan Carter: HRSTender2024@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk to confirm your attendance or with any queries.
