Description

This ITT has been issued by the Council in connection with a competitive procurement being conducted. The Council is seeking to appoint a consultant team ‘the Contractor’ to produce a project-level Outline Business Case (OBC) which details the design, delivery and proposed management of the £20m BRCD Venture Fund. This ITT sets out the information which is required by the Council to assess the suitability of Bidders' experience and organisational standing to meet the ITT requirement. In addition to this, quality and pricing proposals will also be assessed before any contract award is made.
