Description

The study is required to provide part of the evidence base for, and inform work associated with the production of the Draft Old Kent Road Area Action Plan for regulation 19 consultation and examination. The study is to build on the notional sites in the Old Kent Road Opportunity Area (OKROA) tested for the Draft Viability Study for the emerging Section 106 Planning Obligations and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) SPD and test the viability of real developments in the OKROA with the up-to-date cost plans and polices requirements in the Southwark Plan (2020) and the Draft OKR AAP.
