Graphic Design (and Print) Services
Published
Description
Waterways Ireland intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of graphic design (and print) services, to support the delivery of its operational and business activities in both our jurisdictions of operation, Ireland and Northern Ireland. There is no initial contract, and Waterways Ireland invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers who wish to be considered for selection to the framework for the provision of the services to Waterways Ireland, on a non-exclusive basis. Waterways Ireland requires suitably qualified Service Providers to meet graphic and conceptual design requirements e.g. identity themes, concepts and designs, logo design, print/graphic design and digital media design, development of a Waterways Ireland Style Guide in line with Branding Guidelines, etc. as well as occasional print requirements. Additionally, the Service Provider may be required to develop a series of design templates tailored for corporate publications. This comprehensive graphic design support will encompass various materials, including reports, heritage documents, teaching resources, posters, branding material and other promotional items. Service Providers must be capable of providing a full spectrum of design related services and solutions in a manner that complements existing outputs. This will include providing advice on concept, strategy, style, technique, and medium which best meets any project need and audience, whilst developing design solutions that are complementary and compatible, appealing, engaging, and successfully achieve their communication objective. Although there is a digital first presumption, there will be occasions when printed materials are required, such as pop-ups, banners, reports, brochures etc. The Service Providers should either have the capacity to produce print material themselves, or to produce this through a subcontractor.
