The purpose of this national Local Health and Care Record DPS is to support engagement between technology suppliers and the LHCRE sites and provide a compliant route to market for the procurement of the technology solutions required to build and deliver the strategic plans of any existing and/or future exemplar sites as well as any other existing and/or future health and/or social care record programmes.<br/><br/>The first category to be launched under the DPS will be focused on the development of the One London Architecture, data standards and infrastructure; however, the volume of categories on the DPS will grow over time at the full discretion of the authority.<br/><br/>Future categories may encompass any element of a technology solution required to build and the deliver the strategic plans of any existing and/or future exemplar sites as well as any other existing and/or future health and/or social care record programmes Lot 1: Sub-Category 1.1 Supporting Effective Interface;<br/><br/>Sub-Category 1.2 The Provision of Cloud Hosting Solutions;<br/><br/>Sub-Category 1.3 Supporting Data Standards and Normalisation;<br/><br/>Sub-Category 1.4 Supporting Audit and Tracking;<br/><br/>Sub-Category 1.5 Supporting Strategic Transformation;<br/><br/>Sub-Category 1.6 Supporting Information Governance. Additional information: For the purposes of this specification and all other documents contained within this ITT, the term ‘Drawdown Authority’ refers to any public sector body that awards a call-off contract under this DPS Agreement.
