Procurement of a multi-disciplinary team to provide professional and technical services to develop the design, manage, tender evaluation procurement, development of the D & B Contract, with progression to the role of EA for the contract administration for works that include:- •refurbishment elements for external wall insulation, •replacement windows, •roof renewal, •removal of underfloor heating and replacement of the electric heating and hot water, •ventilation, •feasibility to enclose the current balcony areas, and •design options for a rain canopy to the front entrance to the block.
