Description
Horsham District Council is looking for suppliers to provide the following software systems: Lot 1: Environment Health and Licensing; Lot 2: Planning and Land Charges; Lot 3: Building control. Bidders are invited to submit for 1, 2 or 3 lots or any combination thereof. The Council is evaluating each lot on its own merits so there is the possibility of one, two or three contracts depending on the outcome of the evaluation processes. Environmental Health and Licensing department is looking for a system which features the following requirements: integrated document management, on-line forms, integrated data management, workflow management, automated reports and mobile working. The planning and land charges department is looking for a replacement software system which incorporates the following: integrated document management, integrated data management, workflow management, mobile site visit app, home working, delegated/committee report writing, decision notices and conditions monitoring. The building control department is looking for software system which incorporates the following: online application integration with back office, integrated document management, integrated data management, workflow management, mobile inspections app, home working, plan checking and decision notices.
