As part of a third phase of commissioning, in respect of the EU commission funded Birmingham and Solihull Youth Promise Plus (YPP) project, tenders are now invited for delivery of Specialist Intervention Worker services for NEETs. Within this service area, providers are required to recruit, employ, manage and deploy Intervention Workers who, on a case-loaded basis, will engage with, and provide holistic and tailored personal support to, NEET (Not Engaged in Education, Employment or Training) young people (15-29 year olds including both unemployed and economically inactive) with the specific aim of progressing them into positive outcomes including education, training ,work experience and ultimately sustainable employment. Lot 1.3 Specialist Intervention Worker for NEETs at risk of offending/re-offending. Lot 1.4a Specialist Intervention Worker for NEETs with Mental Health. Lot 1.4b Specialist Intervention Worker for NEETs with Learning Difficulties/Disabilities.
