High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wish to appoint a suitably qualified valuation consultancy organisation to complete a scheduled programme of valuations for Council assets relating to General Fund and Housing Revenue Account Assets. Insurance valuations are also required as an option service for this Contract. The Commission is for the accounting periods ending 31/03/17 until 31/03/21 with an option to extend for a further 2 financial years
