This Contract is for the proposed annual maintenance on water quality within various Blackpool Council Schools and non-domestic properties. The supplier will also be expected to provide a service to a number of properties managed by Blackpool Coastal Housing. 2 The Service Provider must include for providing supervision of work, all labour, transport, tools and equipment for carrying out this contract. 3 The Service Provider shall carry out all work in accordance with The control of legionella bacteria in water systems Approved Code of Practice and guidance (L8), NHS guidance, ‘Safe hot water and surface temperatures’ including booklets Operational management HTM 2027 and HTM 2040 and model engineering specification D08.
