Lot 2: Plumbing Services (including out-of-hours services) Single Stage invitation to tender, evaluation based 40% on lowest price and 60% on highest quality Lot 3: Joinery Services (including out-of-hours services) Single stage invitation to tender, evaluation based 40% on lowest price and 60% on highest quality.
