Description

United Learning Trust seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework to enable public sector organisations to access electricity and gas purchasing solutions via a competitive call-off process. Ti framework seeks to appoint suitably licenced suppliers to facilitate a multi-lot/multi-supplier framework. The framework will be made up of 3 lots: Lot 1: Provision of Gas; Lot 2: Provision of Half-Hourly Electricity; Lot 3: Provision of Non Half-Hourly Electricity. Further details are provided in the invitation to tender accompanying this contract notice. This framework provides a legally complaint means for the energy supplier to engage with public bodies without having to undertake a full EU-level procurement process on each occasion.
