A joint arrangement between Plymouth City Council, The Cornwall Council, The Council of the Isles of Scilly, Devon County Council and Torbay Council (the “Authorities”) to the Authorities wholly owned company CSW Group for the provision of impartial careers guidance for pupils aged 9 to 11 on the full range of post-16 education and training options, including apprenticeships. In addition to providing this support, the provider is also responsible to collating, tracking, and monitoring those who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET).
