The ‘Preparation for The Luton Programme’ project, will help the council and its partners to be ready to deliver ‘The Luton Programme’, a 2 and half year, £1.2 million arts and culture project focused on strengthening the sector and fostering grass roots delivery of creative programmes in Luton. To ensure we are ready to deliver The Luton Programme, the successful supplier will need to liaise with the Arts and Culture Strategy group helping them to make key decisions on the delivery of the project, including confirmation of who will be responsible for delivering each element and co-ordination of partners.
