Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) are undertaking a review of Health Professional Education and Training Services delivered to NHS Wales. Health Education and Improvement Wales are seeking to procure Independent Authorisation of Blood Transfusion Education and Training. Lot 1: Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) are looking to commission Independent Authorisation of Blood Transfusion Education and Training for healthcare professionals employed in relevant roles in NHS Wales. The education programme will be a 40-credit course at graduate (6) or postgraduate (7) level in Independent Authorisation of Blood Component Transfusion The education will meet the UK Non Medical Authorisation (NMA) Framework (JPAC 2022) enabling individuals to extend their practice within appropriate professional standards.
