Default Energy Supplier for Void Property (Change of Tenancy)

Published

Description

We require a default energy supplier for void housing and a meter switching service. Lot 1: The Wheatley Group requires a single Supplier to deliver an Energy Supply Partnership Service to all void tenancies and re-lets (Change of Tenancy). It is the Wheatley Groups intention to award a contract to a single Supplier for the entire Wheatley Group domestic void stock. The number of voids in the scheme is likely to vary throughout the Contract term, dependent upon the uptake of lets, demand for housing and the size of the housing portfolio.
