Description

The authority currently uses the Liquidlogic Adult System (LAS) and ContrOCC, a Social Care financial system, within their Adult Social Care service (ASC). The contracts for both LAS and ContrOCC will expire and these systems will need to be either re-procured or a replacement system procured and implemented prior to the expiry of these contract arrangements (or the existing contract arrangements extended if it is not deemed possible to complete by this date). The Adult Social Care Service Design and Implementation Programme is a large programme of work split into three phases: • Phase 1 - Discovery Phase; • Phase 2 - Procurement Phase; • Phase 3 - Implementation Phase; conducted under ESPO Framework Agreement 664_21 Lot 4b Consultancy Services - Social Care (Adult)
