This is a Prior Information Notice for the procurement of a Cloud Based eSignature Solution for Office of Government Procurement. The Office of Government Procurement will initiate this procurement in the coming months for a Cloud based eSignature solution to facilitate the signing of supplier framework agreements, contracts, contract extension notifications, letters and various other procurement documents that require signature by a number of parties. Details of the procurement pursuant to this notice will be advertised in due course. Accordingly, Office of Government Procurement does not require responses to this notice.
