Invitation to Tender for the Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Building Planned Maintenance Works 2024 for Kildare County Council. Job No. (19-115) Dear Tenderers, Kildare County Council invite you to tender for the Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Building Planned Maintenance Works 2024 for Kildare County Council. The following documents are attached to this notice for your attention: • Please refer to the “Information Memorandum” attached. This is a retender. The original tender was collapsed due to issues that were realized on tender return, the most significant of which was Section 11, price for “Painting and Decorating” all of which was not carried forward to the Summary and not included in the overall price. Please note the following changes to the Original Tender Documents: Information Memorandum • Page 6 of 25 value of works for 12 months increase from €2m to €3,500,000m. Suitability Assessment • 16 QW2 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire P.14 – Due to the scale, nature, complexity of the Works the Minimum Average Turnover is now €750,000 over the past 5 full financial years (2023, 2022, 2021, 2020 and 2019). Pricing Document • The pricing document was previously issued in Excel, this is now issued in pdf format. • As advised above, there was an issue with the Excel Pricing Document issued with the original tender. Please note that it is the tenderers responsibility to ensure that each section is priced fully per the descriptions and quantities provided within the Pricing Document, the total price for each section is to be carried forward to the overall summary and the overall price is to include for all Sections. • The Descriptions and Quantities remain the same as the Original Pricing Document. All Tenders must be submitted by e-Tenders. The closing date for receipt of tenders is 24/05/24 @ 12:00 noon.
