The services required by BE under this tender competition are, as follows: Provision of accessibility works nationwide at Bus Stations, Train Stations, Bus Terminus and Bus Stops. It is BE’s intention to establish a multi supplier framework agreement of potential service providers under which it is intended will be maintained for a period of five (4) years from the date of establishment (the “Term”), unless terminated earlier by BE. During the Term, when requirements for certain works under this procurement process arise, service providers on the Framework Agreement may be invited to submit a mini tender for those works. It is intended that an initial contract notice for accessibility works, will be advertised and evaluated as part of the invitation to tender stage. Construction at each location includes the following non exhaustive list of works. Demolition and excavation Kassel kerb installation Dished kerbs with tactile pacing Concrete paving and road works Cobble lock and paving Stone paving and kerbs Works adjacent to protected structures, protection of the adjacent buildings. Installation of bollards and benches Installation of services ducts and chambers Minor Electrical Works, (installation of lighting and Led information board) Drainage alterations and new works Coloured tarmac Line marking and signage. Gully, aco drain and slot drain installation. Landscaping. Working within a live environment adjacent to pedestrians, bus and car movements. Phased works with temporary restrictions. Out of hours works. Traffic management. PQQ Assessment An evaluation of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will be carried out and the highest scoring applicants will be invited to submit formal tenders. Applicants must meet a minimum score of 60% in criterion B1 and B2, to be invited to submit formal tenders. For the avoidance of doubt, the right is reserved not to invite all applicants who meet the minimum score to submit a tender.
