Tender description
Oxford City Council is seeking to appoint a consultant to develop a business case in two stages to make the case to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government for the creation of a business rates retention scheme for Oxford’s West End.<br />The project will be split into two stages: <br />Stage 1 – Outline Business Case<br />Stage 2 – Full Business Case or Investment Plan.<br />
