The University of Manchester is looking for a supplier to provide Security staffing, Portering and Campus Bar Security services.<br /><br />The estimated contract value is in the region of £2.3m per annum (indicative only), subject to final service requirements and volumes.<br /><br />Scope overview <br />The requirement will cover a multi-site service across the University estate and is expected to include:<br />• Security staffing, patrols and building inspections across campus locations<br />• Portering and response services, including incident handling and emergency support<br />• Campus bar / door supervision, with a strong focus on welfare-led and student-facing delivery<br />• Flexibility to respond to ad hoc and short-notice service requests<br />• Multi-site coverage including Manchester campus and additional locations (e.g. Jodrell Bank)<br />
