PHW-ITT-60306 - MAGDEN PARK LIGHTING UPGRADE

Description

Public Health Wales are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the lighting upgrade/replacement at Magden Park, Llantrisant.This project involves the replacement of existing fluorescent lighting fittings with new, energy-efficient LED luminaires. To optimize costs, suppliers will make use of existing cabling and current lighting locations wherever possible.The upgrade to LED lighting will contribute to reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, supporting PHW’s sustainability objectives and aligning with NHS Wales’ decarbonisation and Net Zero 2030 goal.Around 275 light fittings in total – with a mix of 600 x 600 panels, Circular Bulkheads and Recessed Downlights including emergencies to suit will be replaced across the premises.A site visit is mandatory, and the installation must take place out of hours, after 6pm Monday-Friday and weekends.The tender will be awarded to the most advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
