Provision of periodic Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), 1 hour and 3 hour Emergency Lighting Testing and response to Emergency Call Outs to specified South Somerset District Council Properties. Contract will be for a period of 2 years, commencing 1st April 2022. There is an option to extend for a further 24 months in increments of 12 months. Contract will be an NEC4 Facilities Management Short Form contract. Bidders should respond to the ITT by the deadline of midday 22nd November 2021. Keywords: Electrical Services
