Network Hardware to support the upgrade of the Technical Surveillance Unit network to work within the wider Police Scotland network. Following benchmarking of technology and pricing available through a number of public sector Framework Agreements, it was identified that the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Network Services 2 Framework Agreement (Ref: RM3808), Lot 2: Local Connectivity Services, offered best value and a compliant route through which the requirements could be met.
