Lot Lots 1a & 2a: Form of Tender & Basic Selection Criteria Providers must complete all sections of ITT Document 5 (ITT Form of Tender and Basic Selection Criteria) and upload the completed document here. Lot Lots 1 & 2: Key Selection Criteria Questionnaire Providers must complete their responses to Key Criteria Questionnaire for each Lot they wish to bid for and upload their completed response document(s).
