Hywel Dda University Local Health Board - Strategic Partnerships, Diversity and Inclusion Team are seeking to commission a service that will be provided to young carers living within the Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire Local Authority Areas. The services are being tendered in two separate lots. Lot 1 will cover Carmarthenshire and Lot 2 will cover Pembrokeshire. The contract will be for the initial period of three (3) years from 1st of April 2023, with an option to extend for a further one (1) or two (2) year/s.
