Derbyshire County Council (The Council) Children’s Services Catering Service is seeking a supplier who can offer a fully managed service for the provision of Transportation of School Meals and where required, Catering Service operational staff, from schools located within the geographical area of Derbyshire and neighbouring counties. Lot 1: Derbyshire County Council (The Council) Children’s Services Catering Service is seeking a supplier who can offer a fully managed service for the provision of Transportation of School Meals and where required, Catering Service operational staff, from schools located within the geographical area of Derbyshire and neighbouring counties. The contract shall be for an initial period of three years commencing Tuesday 1st April 2025 with an option to extend for a further three year period (3 + 3) up to a maximum of 6 years. Please note: The Council cannot provide any guarantee of the volume of the services that a provider may be required to provide through any part of this contract, however the annual spend for 2023/24 was approximately £450,000.
