The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF or the Fund) is a central pillar of the UK government’s ambitious Levelling Up agenda and a significant component of its support for places across the UK. It will help places right across the country deliver enhanced outcomes and recognises that even the most affluent parts of the UK contain pockets of deprivation and need support. The Council through this tender process sought organisations to deliver specific interventions in order to achieve the programmes outputs and outcomes. Lot 1: E13: Community measures to reduce the cost of living Community measures to reduce the cost of living, including through measures to improve energy efficiency, and combat fuel poverty and climate change. • The successful Supplier is required to deliver a programme of support to help residents, primarily in Torbay's most deprived areas, to improve their energy efficiency. • The outputs and outcomes delivered through the project must be achieved by 31 March 2025. • 200 households supported to take energy efficiency measures • 450 people reached 5% increased take up of energy efficiency measures Lot 2: E20: R&D grants supporting innovation, product and service development / E23: Strengthening local entrepreneurial systems • E20: Research and development grants supporting the development of innovative products and services • E23: Strengthening local entrepreneurial ecosystems and supporting businesses at all stages of their development to start, sustain, grow and innovate, including through local networks • Interventions E20 and E23 are being commissioned together. • The successful Supplier is required to provide business support to start up and existing high growth businesses -
