Description

Reducing health inequalities is a key focus for the Trust. We provide services to an extremely diverse population across the five boroughs of North London, each of which contains a range of population groups and communities, with different needs and preferences on how they engage with secondary mental health care. Our aim is to deliver a consistent VCS offer across the five boroughs of North London that contributes to our ‘planned care’ aims, aligning with both with the National Mental Health Framework and NLFT’s Clinical Strategy. The Community VCS offer will be hosted in the Community Care Group which will be focussed on delivery within this strategic context.
