Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Short term dual placement mixed gender residential home for high needs young people and an emergency unregulated bed and floating support hours. This opportunity is available in the “Current Tenders” area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 12:00 noon Friday 14.12.2018. Please note late returns will not be permitted. The deadline for clarification questions is 3.12.2018 (5:00 p.m.) which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website. Lot 1: A Short Term, Dual Placement, Mixed Gender Residential Home for High Needs Young People. Lot 2: Emergency Unregulated bed and Floating Support Hours. Following the receipt and evaluation of the bids, a clarification meeting was held with all bidders who met the tender minimum standards. The tender for Lot 1 was provisionally awarded and the final award made following the 10 day standstill period. This opportunity was available in the “Current Tenders” area of www.suffolksourcing.uk An open tender process with negotiation was used under the Lighter Touch Regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Following the receipt and evaluation of the bids, a clarification meeting was held with all bidders who met the tender minimum standards. The tender for Lot 2 was not awarded.
