Demolition of an existing single storey dwelling and construction of 1no. 2 storey apartment block consisting of 2no. 2 bedroom apartments. The associated site works and services consist of the following non exhaustive list: - Site clearance including removal of existing mature trees on site - Formation of new vehicular and pedestrian entrance from Main St. - Construction of new boundary walls/fencing and all remedial works to existing stone boundary walls - New surface water pipe with petrol interceptor on Main St. - New foul, EIR, ESB connections to serve the development - New driveway, footpaths and associated landscaping
