P22-062 Development of a NOS Website using an Open-Source CMS Solution

Skills Development Scotland has a requirement to procure a third-party supplier to develop the "National Occupational Standards" website (https://www.ukstandards.org.uk/) from its existing technology platform to a new, open-source CMS, before the existing platform (SharePoint 2013) becomes obsolete at the end of March 2023. The project will involve recreating the site with like for like functionality, using the current website as a reference. The scope of this project is recreating the NOS database and front-end website to a supported version in Open-source software. This will ensure compliance with the security protocols of the Devolved Governments and extend the solutions life.
