Salford Council wishes to conduct market engagement in respective of a service for Targeted Information, Advice and Guidance for the Jewish Community. The service is specifically, but not exclusively, for Jewish residents aged between 16-65 years of age, who live in Salford, Bury and Manchester, specifically those at the greatest risk of experiencing hardship and poverty due the cost-of-living crisis, including those who are unemployed, employed/underemployed and residents with skills deficiencies. Interested parties should complete the Questionnaire and return by 5th January 2026. The council is intending to advertise a formal procurement process later in January 2026.
