Contractor with land in Kirkwall, Stromness, Finstown and St Mary’s will be invited to tender for 20 1 and 2 bed houses, on one or more sites. Works will include obtaining approval from all required statutory bodies (including but not limited to local authority planning and building standards), site works, roads, and infrastructure, construction and services required to full service the properties. The works comprise the construction of a 20 1 and 2 bed house units on contractor’s land. The development is for 14 one bed properties and 6 two bed properties.
