Description

The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham (LBBD) is advertising to seek tenders from suitably experienced, trauma informed and qualified organisation(s) for the provision of an All Age Behaviour Change Perpetrator Support Service. The contract is expected to run for a period of three (3) years and six (6) months commencing 1st October 2026 until 31st March 2030 with the option to extend the contract for a further two (2) years, at the sole discretion of the council, subject to funding and performance. Our aim is to better assist victims’ survivors of domestic abuse by a multi-dimensional approach including challenging perpetrators and providing them with the opportunity to change their behaviour.
