***PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** ***PLEASE NOTE: The Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed in the Cft Documents area*** The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) is seeking to establish a Tag Supplier List for the provision of tissue sample-enabled official and supplementary identity tags, including customer support, to the Northern Ireland Bovine Genetics Project. The potential scale of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to interested parties. Prior to establishing a Tag Supplier List, DAERA wishes to assess the level of market interest in participating in the provision of the required tags. The objectives of this exercise are to: • gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion; • establish market ability and capacity to deliver the requirements; • provide confidence around viability of concept; • gain insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions; • understand risks and issues not previously considered; and • identify barriers to participation. **PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING PORTAL on eTendersNI, BEFORE 15:00 on the date specified below under 'Time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate'.
