Market Sounding and Call for Innovative Solutions Informing the procurement of an Integrated Ultra Low Carbon Energy Solution for Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust This is a pre-procurement market sounding activity to provide advance notice to potential suppliers and invite their participation in the development of the specification and procurement approach.
